Japan National Stadium
In conjunction with the World Athletics Championships Tokyo 25, traffic restrictions will be in place around the Japan National Stadium for the duration of the championships. Significant congestion is expected in the surrounding areas, and we kindly ask all spectators and visitors to use public transport and refrain from travelling by car.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to ensure a safe and smooth championships for all.
Due to the medal ceremony on the evening of Sunday, 21 September, pedestrian traffic restrictions will be in place around the Japan National Stadium during the championships.
Heavy congestion is expected near the venue, so please follow the traffic regulations when coming to the stadium.
